No matter how skilled you are, without connections—often in the form of recommendations—you could send out hundreds of CVs and still struggle to land a job.
The reality is, not everyone is meant to be an employee, and not everyone will secure employment just by submitting CVs. Imagine if Mark Zuckerberg had spent his time submitting resumes instead of creating Facebook and other startups. He might never have unlocked his full potential.
This year, focus on discovering your divine purpose and charting your unique path to success. If employment opportunities come, that’s great. If they don’t, channel your knowledge into something that can ultimately become a revenue stream.
